施赞聪，毕业于上海外国语大学英语系，英语文学博士，上海财经大学外国语学院副教授，主要教授大学英语（通用学术英语）、剑桥商务英语、英美文学、英国文学阅读与欣赏等课程。先后发表有关大学英语教学，英语多媒体教学，英美文学研究等论文，参与上海财经大学英语教改课题及教材编写；获得过上海财经大学教学嘉奖等荣誉称号。
