作者简介

杨德胜，1957年8月生，现任教于上海市向明中学，特级教师，全国初等数学研究会副秘书长。1979年12月毕业于湖北恩施师范专科学校数学系，1987年7月毕业于湖北大学数学系。1987年至1993年在湖北利川市一中任数学教研组组长；1993年调入广东省茂名市第一中学任教务处副主任、教研室副主任等职；1999年调入广东省中山纪念中学任奥林匹克小组长兼奥林匹克总教练；2001年8月调入上海市第二中学任教；2003年7月调入上海交通大学附属中学任教。长期从事理科班的数学教学和数学竞赛辅导工作，多次被中国数学会评为全国高中数学竞联赛优秀教练员，辅导的学生中有数百人次在全国高中数学联赛中获奖，其中数十人被免试保送到清华大学、北京大学等名牌大学。1996年12月被评为中学数学高级教师；1997年9月被评为广东省南粤教书育人优秀教师（特等奖）；1998年被广东省人民政府评为中学数学特级教师；2002年9月被上海市认定为上海市特级教师；2008年9月被评为上海交通大学优秀教师。曾任广东省普教系统中学高级教师评审委员会成员，现任上海市中学高级教师评审委员会成员
