徐小力，男，毕业于清华大学、博士、教授、博导，在北京信息科技大学从事信息化相关技术的教学科研工作。现任现代测控技术教育部重点实验室主任、中国机械工程学会理事及学术委员会委员、中国仪器仪表学会常务理事、中国电子学会会士。作为首席专家主持跨学科综合研究类的国家社会科学基金重大项目“世界记忆遗产-东巴经典传承体系数字化靠前共享平台建设研究”（12&ZD234）。享受政府特殊津贴，获“全国很好教师”、“全国很好科技工作者”、“北京学者”等称号。
