李奉栖，四川苍溪人，西南政法大学外语学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。先后毕业于四川外国语大学、重庆大学，曾赴新加坡南洋理工大学进修英语教学法。从事英语专业教学工作20余年，主讲中西法文化对比、翻译理论与实践、学术规范与论文写作等课程，主要研究方向为翻译教学、法律翻译、机器翻译。在《外国语》《外语界》《上海翻译》《外语教学理论与实践》《外国语文》等期刊公开发表学术论文20余篇，主持教育部人文社科项目1项，主持其他省部级项目4项，出版《翻译理论在本科翻译教学中的应用研究》等著作或教材10部，翻译《机器人权利》等学术著作3部。
