李鹏，女，1984年8月生，讲师，就职于西安理工大学经济与管理学院。2006年和2009年分别获得郑州大学管理学学士学位、西北工业大学管理学硕士学位，2009年赴法国特鲁瓦技术大学攻读博士学位，并于2013年获得系统安全与优化专业博士学位。研究方向包括多级库存优化、闭环供应链优化、系统优化与运筹学等。目前，已承担国家自然基金项目1项，发表学术论文10余篇。

　　随着经济的全球化发展，供应链结构变得日益复杂，协同供应链管理已成为企业满足顾客需求、降低成本的重要策略之一，这种变化使得学者和行业从业者在过去二十年中越来越关注于多级库存管理问题。
　　《基于GSA方法的多级库存优化问题研究》系统研究了存在订货成本的多级库存系统优化问题，由于订货成本的存在，使得传统的供应链结构优化变得异常复杂。服务水平保证法（Guaranteed Service Approach，GSA）作为多级库存优化的重要方法之一，已形成了较为成熟的理论框架，然而由于其在设置系统安全库存时，没有考虑系统的柔性成本，极大限制了这种方法的应用领域。
　　《基于GSA方法的多级库存优化问题研究》针对带有订货成本和柔性成本的三类复杂多级库存系统——串行系统、装配型系统以及分配型系统，提出拓展的GSA库存控制模型，以寻求的库存控制策略，并提出改进的动态规划算法对模型进行求解。
