精彩书摘
  《风的孩子(英)》:
The feather cloak was water blue, just like Benben's Mom's.
Like the sky after sunset, it gradually blended into a cerulean color, with a bright yellow tint on the sleeves and the bottom edge.
  "Stand up, Benben,"
Benben stood up and let Mom put the feather cloak on him. When he put his hands through the armholes, he felt as if he was soaking his arms in cold water. That was awesome.
The water blue feather cloak was a perfect fit for every inch of Benben's body. You really couldn't find anyone more skillful than Grandpa Tree Spirit.
  "This is my feather cloak...."
Benben lowered his eyes to examine the feather cloak more carefully. An unparalleled feeling of joy welled up in his heart.
"Am I more like wind now?"
The feather cloak was as flimsy as fine silk. For one moment, Benben even had an illusion that he could fly, just like how his mom did it. But this was impossible, since he was a human boy; even if he wore the
feather cloak, flying like wind would still be....
While feeling frustrated with these thoughts, Benben suddenly experienced a strange sensation he'd never had before.
He thought it might be an illusion. But after he glanced down at his feet and confirmed he was actually in the air, the joy went off in his heart like fireworks.
"Mom! Mom! Look! I'm flying! I'm flying!" Benben shouted to his mom and Grandpa Tree Spirit.
Both of them had their eyes widened.
Benben was actually flying. His feet lifted off the ground and he flew higher and higher. He pushed open the door made of silvergrass leaves and flew to the sky above the silvergrass fields.
"I can fly! I can fly! I'm wind, too! I'm wind, too! Mom, look!
He shouted for joy in the air and did three front flips in a roll.
He became wind. He could also fly. Benben wanted to visit more places. Right, he should let his friends know that he had become wind and he could fly!
Benben made up his mind, so he flew over Silvergrass Valley towards the forest.
It felt even better flying in the air than running in the silvergrass fields since it was completely up to him to decide where to go and how to fly. He felt unrestrained and completely free.
This was how it felt to fly. Benben was so happy that he wanted to sing out loud.
He flew into the forest and slowed down his pace, letting himself drift like a piece of leaf through stair-like branches.
He saw the two little squirrels and shouted to them, "Hey-I'm here! Look, I can fly!"
The two little squirrels on the tree branch looked up and saw Benben in the air. Both became round-eyed. One of them dropped the nuts from his hands to the ground while the other put unshelled nuts in his mouth and started crunching on them.
  Haha, that was so fun!
