Mingsheng Deng,born in 1963,is chief engineer of Tianjin CTF Finance Centre Project,professor-level senior engineer,and the （Chartered Institute of Building） CIOB architect. Currently,he is the leader in charge of technological department in CCEED. He is an expert of the evaluation committee of the National Award for Progress in Science and Technology,a member of the green construction expert committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,a technical expert of China patent review,and an expert of the state-level construction method evaluation committee of the China Construction Industry Association. He also takes several other offices such as member of the China BIM Certification Alliance Technical Committee,director of the Architectural Society of China Digital Construction Academic Committee,deputy director of the Architectural Society of China High-rise Human Settlement Academic Committee,vice president of the Shanghai Green Building Council,and vice president of the Shanghai Installation Trade Association.
　　
　　Yawu Su,born in 1977,is project manager of Tianjin CTF Finance Centre Project,senior engineer,and CIOB architect. He has taken part in the construction of Zhuhai National Taxation Building,Guangzhou Leatop Plaza,KWG Global Metropolitan Plaza,and other projects,and received one prize of Luban Award,and one Outstanding Project Prize of the Gold Award of China's Construction Engineering Steel Structure. He has also won two prizes of China Outstanding Project Management Achievement Award; received five provincial- and ministerial-level certificates on job practice and construction methods,and eighty-four patents; published eleven papers;led one key project of the Special Development Fund for Shanghai Zhangjiang National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone; taken part in the compilation of three books; won nine prizes of provincial and ministerial level for science and technology; received such honors as "China Labor Medal",and "China Construction Great Master",and such titles as China Excellent Project Manager,ICPMU World Excellent Project Manager,and Shanghai Model Worker.
　　
　　Peng Liu,born in 1984,is deputy manager of Tianjin CTF Finance Centre Project,and senior engineer. He is now serving as deputy general manager and KA management department manager of CCEED North China Company. He has led the construction of Tianjin Yujiapu Traffic Hub Project,CNOOC Tianjin Industrial Research and Development Base Bid Section 1,Tianjin PAFC and other projects. The projects he took part in received the Outstanding Project Prize of the Gold Award of China's Construction Engineering Steel Structure,China Prime Quality Project Award,and a gold prize of Haihe Cup Award,etc. He participated in the study of six provincial and ministerial-level topics including CSCEC's "Ultrahigh-rise Building Compressive Deformation" and "Research on the Structural Deformation Analysis and Control Schemes during Construction of Ultrahigh-rise Building",published seven papers,and received twenty-three patents and three provincial and ministerial-level certificates on job practice and construction methods. He has won such titles as CCEED Excellent Project Manager,CCEED Model Worker,and Tianjin Labor Medal.
